Using her wisdom, experience and learned skills from others she will mentor, guide and coach you using discussion, inspirational exercises (not strenuous workout exercises), body movement and fun self-analysis tools. She will be your confidant and listen closely without judgment or criticism until you can fully hear, express and love yourself.
